Master a series of simple yoga poses that help to improve stamina, balance, posture, coordination, strength and range of motion.  Inspired by Dr. Loren Fishman’s sequence proven to reverse osteopenia and osteoporosis, this class also builds confidence in the method of yoga.  Modifications for special conditions and opportunities for more advanced poses will be offered.  No yoga experience necessary.  Please have a chair, yoga blocks, a strap, and a wall.
