Set aside time to deepen your connection to the practice of meditation with the support of a welcoming community and a calm environment.

In this immersion we will study and contemplate Patanjali’s five personal observances of the second limb of yoga, the niyamas, as a preparation for moving inward.

This self-renewing weekend will include philosophy, yoga, pranayama, and meditation and is appropriate for teachers or students wishing to learn more about meditation or deepen their commitment to their current practice. Set your intention to immerse yourself in the rich study and practice of meditation.
