Yoga to Nurture the Grieving Heart: a 4-week workshop

A year has passed, and our lives have changed. Loss is an inevitable part of that change. That uneasy feeling you’re experiencing may be grief. Whether we acknowledge the loss or not, grief lives in our body. Whether you are grieving a loved one, or the loss of an essential component in your life, the pain of grief is real. Pain is inevitable, but the added-on suffering of isolation, fear, or anger is optional.

During this 4-week workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to explore how grief shows up in your body and thoughts. Nurturing the Grieving Heart Workshop offers you a compassionate way to journey through your suffering toward a healing path. While there is no timeline for grief, allowing, rather than resisting releases energy for healing.

The intention of this yoga workshop is to help you to remember your loved one with more love than pain through targeted breathwork, movement and meditation. This workshop is virtual, which allows you to explore in the safety of your own home yet have a supportive and loving community available.

You are invited to be part of a community of grievers, wherever you are along your journey.
