Tap into the healing power of nature and community! Welcome Spring back into your body, mind, and spirit by joining Chris McCloskey and Lauren Vint for some meditative time in nature.

Chris and Lauren will lead monthly community hikes in Howard County and surrounding areas with the invitation to more fully awaken our senses and connect to the natural world. The hikes will be around 3 miles and will include time for meditative reflection, earthing practices, deep breathing, and silence in the surrounding forest.

No hiking experience necessary. Please bring sturdy walking/hiking shoes or boots and water. Please arrive 15 minutes early to prepare yourself and meet the group.

*Inclement Weather Notice: In the case of severe weather, the hike will move to the next day, Saturday.

Donations for these monthly hikes go towards the Middle Patuxent Environmental Foundation that works, in partnership, with Howard County’s Recreation and Parks Department, to help maintain and preserve the Middle Patuxent Environmental Area (MPEA) as a “forever protected” natural environmental area.
