$20.00 Wall Yin Yoga

Wall Yin Yoga is a workshop for students of all levels. Come enjoy support from the earth and wall to explore different poses. Taking time for stillness and long holds can invite a deep release and relaxation. You will learn about your own comfortable edge and the principles of Yin Yoga.

Kate will offer modifications or a different pose when needed. If Legs Up the Wall Pose, Viparita Karani, does not work for you, you may still come and practice this yin sequence from seated. The practice of finding your edge, stillness, and staying there for some time can strengthen your joints and connective tissue.

Folks at home will need a clear wall space or a chair, blocks, and blankets. A sandbag and eye pillow are helpful but not necessary.
