Yoga Nidra, or the yoga of sleep, is a deeply transformative and healing guided meditation that yoga teachers and therapists can add to their work. And just about everyone can add Yoga Nidra to their own healing practice. Are you interested in learning to guide your own Yoga Nidras, but don't know where to start?  Are you tired of reading scripts from books or the internet and want to write your own creative and healing Yoga Nidra practices?  This training will give you the knowledge, experience, and confidence to write your own Yoga Nidras and deliver them with practiced ease.

This 3-weekend, hybrid, 40-hour training participants is open to students of all levels. No yoga experience is necessary.  Yoga Teachers can earn 40 continuing education hours through the Yoga Alliance upon completion.  This program will be taught in-studio (for those vaccinated) and live-streamed for those who are not fully vaccinated or choose to participate on Zoom. This training is live so that you can practice with your peers, ask questions from the teacher, and work in an environment that fosters communication and learning.
