Pilates for Osteoporsis
Support bone health and improve postural changes related to
Osteoporosis and aging. We will safely strengthen core, spine, legs and
arms with a series of Pilates 1 mat exercises. This class is
appropriate for those with Osteoporosis, Osteopenia, or anyone looking to
safely benefit from newfound strength, mobility, and balance.
Modifications will be offered for those with special conditions. Appropriate for beginners.
